Offering support that integrates shelter with comprehensive mental health services is invaluable for individuals experiencing both homelessness and mental health challenges. It's a compassionate and holistic approach that makes a profound difference in the lives of those who need it most.

The Lodge

The Lodge, an innovation project contracted with Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health, is focused on connecting the disengaged to long term services.

When entering The Lodge, individuals will find a comfortable and supportive environment where they can explore long term services.

The Lodge provides temporary housing while working with Peer Support Specialist to build rapport and move clients from pre-contemplation into contemplation with a goal of accepting services. Individuals who are experiencing homelessness in combination with severe mental illness and substance abuse may be referred to The Lodge.

The Lodge accepts referrals from local emergency rooms and local law enforements Crisis Response Teams.

Sierra Sunrise

Sierra Sunrise, a Behavioral Health Bridge Housing project contracted with Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health provides a low-barrier shelter option with enhanced services to help individuals find permanent housing options.

Sierra Sunrise provides tempoary shelter, mental health services, care coordination, and housing navigation.

Phoenix Landing

Phoenix Landing, a Behavioral Health Bridge Housing project contracted with Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health provides a low-barrier shelter option with enhanced services to help individuals find permanent housing options.
